What's the difference between coaching & therapy:

The key differences between coaching and therapy lie in their focus, approach, and goals. Both are valuable forms of personal support, can be done simultaneously, but they serve different purposes.

First, Coaches do not diagnose, evaluate, assess or prescribe.

Second, coaches do not give advice, opinionate or judge.
Coaching is future-oriented, focusing on achieving specific goals, be that personal or professional. I work with with clients to create forward movement, set actionable plans, and unlock potential. The emphasis is on helping you identify where you want to go and how to get there.
Therapy tends to be more past-oriented, focusing on healing emotional or psychological issues, addressing trauma, and resolving mental health concerns. Therapists help clients understand and process past experiences that are affecting their present well-being and work towards emotional healing.

What's the difference between mentoring & coaching:

• Coaching focuses on helping you  unlock your potential and achieve specific goals through guided self-discovery, making you feel empowered, without providing direct advice.
•Mentoring involves offering advice, guidance.
